Not sure if I'm having delayed altitude sickness, having been having a throbbing headache since noon. Haven't been sleeping well for the past 2 nights too, have been waking up every hourly. Must be altitude sickness plus booze.
It's 8.47pm in Geneva, and I'm catching a 10am flight back to Edinburgh tomorrow. Hoping to wake at 7am to do a quick tour to Lake Geneva before heading to the airport.
I have 12 more days to finish up my dissertation, my placement assignment and my poster for dissertation, before starting my final backpack trip.
I'll be starting off in Berlin, then to (not in sequence), Krakow (Poland), Budapest (Hungary), Prague (Czech Republic), Bratislava (Slovakia), Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) before catching a flight from Belgrade (Serbia) to Athens. From Athens, I'll be taking a ferry to Santorini, then back to London.
Will be meeting my mum in London, and we will head to Reykjavik (Iceland). Then it's back to Scotland again. Will be showing my mum around for about 3-4 days, then I'll have a final 2.5 to 3 free days. Contemplating if I should explore London, or do a short trip to Paris or Amsterdam.
At current, the main goal is to complete all my school work. It's crazy cos I'm aiming to finish all my assignments 1 month ahead of time, so it's been a crazy rush. Haven't been very focused for the past 2 weeks, and I feel so ashamed of my level of productivity. Time to get the ball rolling again when I get home.
Fingers crossed that i will wake up feeling fresh tomorrow.
Cheers to a productive day tomorrow!
